As you did not reply to my previous letter I am not inclined to waste money for a stamp or time to take a letter to the post office.

In my letter I described the misapplication of psychotropic medications almost causing my death and almost certainly cauing the deaths of numerous other patients. As pharmacy director he knew or should have known that large amounts of these medications were being supplied to a doctor neither educated nor competent to administer them.
