I am not inclined to waste the money or energy buy a stamp and take this to the post office. I don't care if you ever see it.

Since you did not reply to either of my letters apparently you care even less than the medical board does about people being maimed and killed in hospitals. They at least sent me a lame form letter stating that they intended to take no action or even investigate.

I informed you that several members of the staff at Arkansas Continued Care Hospital among other things committed physical abuse of a patient and that such treatment nearly resulted in my death and there the probability that it did not cause the deaths of numerous patients is zero percent.

My second letter concerned the conduct of a nurse in a management position. She cooperated with the doctor who attempted to prevent my acceptance by other rehabilitation facilities by describing me as violent and dangerous due to mental illness.

I survived because my family removed me over the strenuous objections of the doctor and predictions of dire consequences - in fact I would not be alive had they not done so.
